THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • I'm interested in a custom piece and wondered if My Fancy Flamingo could make one for me?
    We would be delighted to work with you on designing a custom piece! To get the process started, please contact us at mamta@myfancyflamingo.com with a detailed description of what you are envisioning. Try to include details such as color and material, as well as pictures of references if you have any. We will contact you with any questions.
  • I placed an order online and changed my mind. Can you cancel my order?
    We accept cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at mamta@myfancyflamingo.com if you would like to cancel your order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled and will need to be returned for a refund.
  • I made a mistake on my order and need to change it.
    We can make changes to your order on a case-by-case basis. You may inquire about a change by emailing us at mamta@myfancyflamingo.com If you entered an incorrect address and your order has not yet shipped, send us an email with the correct address and we will update it for you
  • My order is a gift. Can you include a gift receipt and a message?
    You may leave a gift message in the Special Instructions at checkout. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not provide gift receipts for online orders.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
