We hope you are delighted with your jewelry. However, we want to provide a way for you to return any item that is not to your satisfaction. Please know that any custom order is FINAL SALE and we don’t accept any returns or provide refunds on these items.


Prior to shipping a return you must email 

for a return authorization, returns that are shipped prior to an email authorization may not be accepted.  We will accept merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Merchandise must be unworn, unused original condition and original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that any associated shipping costs are not subject to refund.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to Our sole discretion.

at to obtain a return authorization and after that is received you can mail your return to:

Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original packing receipt with order number.


Refunds will be provided when the item is received and inspected to determine 

it is unworn and unaltered in any way.

Eligibility for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that it was received, including original packaging.

We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to the original purchase return. You must cover your shipping costs.

All purchase items from the SALE section is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized orders are always a FINAL SALE.

The color of the image can slightly vary from one computer monitor to another. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item or if you have any doubts or questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

If you purchase an item that arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us immediately so we can work upon exchange or refund. Include photos of the damaged items for review.
